A repainted Tri-ang Nellie tank, waddly runner, cause needs investigating and fixing, would benefit from a thorough electrical clean and lubrication, in fair condition, no original box. Please note this chassis needs a controller capable of delivering at least 600mA to run well once fixed and the loco may not like newer Peco points due to deeper flanges
