00 Projects: Hornby GWR Pannier Tank, a project please read

A Hornby GWR Pannier Tank, very reluctant to start, needs a thorough electrical clean and lubrication, in poor condition, no original box. Please note this chassis needs a controller capable of delivering at least 600mA to run well once fixed and the loco may not like newer Peco points due to deeper flanges
