00 Projects: Tri-ang Hornby repainted 37, a project please read

A Tri-ang Hornby repainted 37, reluctant runner, needs a thorough electrical clean and lubrication, no original box. Please note this chassis needs a controller capable of delivering at least 600mA to run well, and doesn't like new Hornby or Peco points as it has deep flanged wheels.
