An Airfix renumbered Royal Scot, reluctant runner, tender drive runs well but is noisy and needs lubrication, the loco wheels are stiff and will need a thorough electrical clean and lubrication, the driving wheels also appear to be slightly overgauge so this needs checking too, in used condition, supplied in the original box.
