European H0 Locos: Paya Steeple Cab Electric loco, blue

A Paya (Spanish) Steeple Cab Electric loco, blue with pantograph, wonky when latched down, a good runner (all spur gear drive) but the wheels need to be kept clean, would benefit with rewiring as it runs in the wrong direction, in good condition.
