A Romanian Iups 9 Mai diesel shunter train set project: loco motor whirls away but there is no drive as the rubber bands have dried solid, chipped buffer beam, overscale, with translucent orange van and a circle of track, missing open wagon, supplied in the original box. Made in Romanian circa 1989, loco is overscale.
