European 0 gauge: Peter Hammond Models German DRG 0 gauge battery railcar pair 459/460, a project please read

A very nicely modelled Peter Hammond Models German DRG 0 gauge battery railcar pair 459/460, in very good cosmetic condition but only one car runs properly, the other seems to have very weak motors that need replacement, pickups and wiring need attention: I'd suggest adding a connector to wire the two cars together, interesting construction with 4 motors, some loose parts inside but I don't think the body is removable, sold as a project needing work on the one power bogie and pickups, and a thorough electrical clean and lubrication, some axles are a bit stiff.
