A weathered Life-Like 23972 Baltimore & Ohio Budd Railcar number #6550, motor runs well when power applied directly, DCC chip has failed, added lights (not tested due to failed DCC chip), sold as a project protentially needing a complete re-wire, detached windows need refitted, added figures, supplied in the original box
