American H0: H0n30 End Cab Diesel kit

An unstarted H0n30 End Cab Diesel kit, prototype unknown but needs a Bachmann N gauge diesel switcher (presumably the Plymouth) to complete. Instructions (such as they are!) do not mention prototype or manufacturer!
