A Hornby R8312 eLink DCC Adapter to control a model railway from a Windows PC, not tested beyond powering it up, light works, supplied in the original box with instructions and software CD, designed for older versions of Windows so either an older computer not connect to the internet will need to be used or the latest version of the software be downloaded from Hornby and be installed "as an administrator".
